Charlie has a varied background supporting communities at the sharp end of inequalities. With work across the mental health and wellbeing sector in Berkshire and Birmingham, Charlie has directly supported citizens in their daily, often complex, challenges. While also working on projects to uplift their vital voices of lived experience to instigate change in the systems which oppress them.
Charlie is a passionate lived experience speaker and educator in equity and inclusion with a specialism in disability, LGBTQIA+ issues and a commitment to anti-racist action.
With a creative and an ever curious mind, Charlie advocates tirelessly for equity of access to joy as a core pillar in the broader fight for equality.
