In light of the Prime Minister’s comments last week committing her to tackling high executive pay, and to requiring companies to publish ‘pay multiples’ between top and median earners, the Equality Trust has written to Theresa May to call for her Government to support a Pay Ratios Bill. This would enshrine in law the obligation for large and medium sized companies to publish top to median pay ratios.
