Our Pay Ratios
The Equality Trust’s pay ratios are:

Funding
The Equality Trust’s total income for 2024 was £558,573. This came from a mixture of sources: core funding from Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust, alongside restricted funding from Alex Ferry Foundation, Barrow Cadbury Trust, Trust for London, the Health Foundation, Friends Provident Foundation, The British Academy through partnership with the London School of Economics and The Southall Trust. We also received generous donations from individuals.

- Barrow Cadbury Trust: £45,300 [restricted – Birmingham Socio-Economic Duty]
- Friends Provident Foundation: £12,815 [restricted – Community Economists]

- Joseph Rowntree Charitable Trust: £51,662 [unrestricted]
- London School of Economics (British Academy): £10,081 [restricted: Challenge of Wealth Inequalities]
- Southall Trust: £5000 [designated – Derby Socio-Economic Duty]
- Trust for London: £29,875 [restricted – London Socio-Economic Duty]
The Equality Trust also received just under £345,000 including Gift Aid from its many generous supporters and donors – including a major, one off gift – and our thanks goes to each and every one of you.
We also earned £2644 from charitable activities, primarily through the delivery of talks and training.
We are also grateful to the businesses and organisations who have supported us with donated services during the year, including Slack, Google Apps for Non-Profits, Canva, Voipfone and Leave Wizard.
The Equality Trust’s total expenditure in 2024 was £481,148.
