CEO pay data is correct, to the best of our knowledge, as of September 2021. Gender pay gap data is correct, to the best of our knowledge, as of the 2020/2021 reporting date. Information regarding union recognition and Living Wage employer status have been gathered, to the best of our ability, up to summer 2021. Annual minimum wage is calculated as 35 hours per week at the 2020/2021 rate. Other salary figures relate to the Office of National Statistics Annual Survey for Hours and Earnings 2020.
