Thanks to an investment grant from Social Investment Business Limited which administers the Enterprise Development Programme on behalf of Access – the Foundation for Social Investment, we are able to offer consultancy services to support the sector at all levels to improve your equity work, to understand the challenges involved and to interrogate your own practice from Board level to recruitment.

We can offer a range of interventions, but the goal of our consultancy is to gain a commitment from your organisation to the long term work that is required to start dismantling structural inequalities as they manifest in your organisation.
