The Equality Trust is a micro charity with a small and dedicated staff team. We operate under a co-director model where two co-directors work collaboratively to set strategic direction and oversee day-to-day direction. The team is based throughout the UK including London, Birmingham, and Bolton and together they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience of supporting individuals, groups and organisations to take action to dismantle structural inequalities.
