Aliyah Green is a racial and environmental justice facilitator, interested in justice movements and anti-oppression work generally. With a focus on empowering young people, Aliyah supports the development of their campaigning skills and delivers political education programs designed to inspire and equip participants with the knowledge and skills needed to make systemic change.

She is an organiser in the new economics space and co-created It’s Just Economics, a political education initiative that introduces young people to exciting alternative economic theories and practices. Aliyah is also a facilitator with Black Lives Matter UK, where she works on programs aimed at equipping individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to advance Black liberation and racial justice.
In addition, Aliyah campaigns with Friends of the Earth on their Planet over Profit campaign, supporting young activists fighting for corporate accountability and social justice. She also works at the Environmental Funders Network, an organisation working to transform environmental philanthropy in the UK.
Outside of her work, she really enjoys playing netball, crafting and spending time with her family.
