Caroline Tosal-Suprun

Caroline joined the Equality Trust in April 2023 and is the Structural Inequalities Alliance Manager, as well as the Equality Trust’s Participation and Engagement Manager.

Caroline started her career as a youth worker and has spent the last 15 years supporting groups and individuals to participate in decision making.  Caroline uses a range of participatory and deliberative facilitation techniques to bring people together to explore issues that affect inequality.
