Caroline joined the Equality Trust in April 2023 and is the Structural Inequalities Alliance Manager. Caroline started her career as a youth worker and has spent the last 15 years supporting groups and individuals to participate in decision making.  Caroline uses a range of participatory and deliberative facilitation techniques to bring people together to explore issues that affect inequality.
